Delete Account Request – Tvayi

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from the Tvayi app, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to: support@tvayi.com
2. Use the subject: "Delete My Account"
3. Include your registered email address or phone number

We will process your request within 3–5 working days.

Account Deletion:
Deleting your account will permanently remove your account and associated personal data from our systems.

Data Deletion:
- Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address) will be deleted.
- Order history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
